Cory Puyear Talks About His Trip to Maryland for the K-VEST Level II Certification

You know you need it, because it will help you grow your business.
Everyone's talking about it because it's new.
It's smaller, faster and looks cool.
It can do no wrong.
It’s technology.

To meet your goals you know you need to plan and act. Often, the hardest part is figuring out how to adapt and execute. That's where we come in. We're your team when it comes to using technology. We want to educate you and streamline your workflow. We're the K-VEST education team.

Last week, I flew from Chicago, IL to Washington, DC for Level 2 K-VEST Certification. The interactive course gave me the chance to coach, befriend and listen to a group of professionals from all over the world. We even had a K-VEST customer fly in from Rome, Italy!

Tony Morgan flew down from K-VEST headquarters in New Hampshire. Tony is a PGA Professional and fellow Certification Director for K-VEST. It's always good to see Tony. He teaches me something new and makes me laugh every time I see him! Tony worked with the software development team at K-Motion Interactive to load all of our fitness and golf drills into the K-TRAINER software. This made our biofeedback programs simple and easy to use for all attendees.

My role in these classes is to educate the fitness and medical professionals in the room to use K-VEST technologies more effectively in real-life applications.

My favorite part of the weekend was when I lead a few breakouts into small groups and taught some swing efficiency exercises to our fitness and medical attendees. As seen in the picture, a volunteer wore the K-VEST while I demonstrated the biofeedback training technique. “Lead Leg Stick-It,” “Single Leg Pelvis Blast,” and “Bosu Knee Drives” were just some of the exercises we demonstrated.

If you have already taken a Level 1 certification class and not yet attended Level 2, I hope to see you at our next course in Orlando, Florida on January 28th and 29th. Our education team will do our best to help make your career more efficient, and more profitable.

Thank you to all the attendees, I look forward to seeing you again soon.

Each wireless K-SENSOR is actually a package of nine, smaller sensors. Combined, these state-of-the-art sensors precisely and accurately measure the motion in 3 dimensions. In fact, the sensors are so accurate and durable, the US military deploys them for simulation training and research.
  • Precise, lightweight motion tracking sensors
  • Weigh less than 2 ounces (less than a golf ball)
  • Transmits accurate and precise 3D body motion data to a laptop receiver
  • Combination of accelerometers, gyros, and magnetometers
  • Military-grade accuracy and durability
